At Pink Chicken, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include your packing slip, and securely seal the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
